Just want to say I to all the members here. I just got back in to Mopar's by purchasing a numbers matching 74 Charger Rallye 400 auto. My first car was a 73 Satellite Sebring Plus and I also had a 72 Charger later in High school. Sold both of those cars while broke in College. (stupid, stupid, stupid!) So I'm getting back in it after almost 20 years.
The Rallye I bought had a engine fire many years ago and then sat for god knows how long providing a home for critters. So among the rust problems and fire damage I have to deal with I will have my work cut out for me. Worst part is the bulge hood rusted on the underside structure bad from the fire damage and its warped some so I don't know if it can be saved. Otherwise the Rallye was optioned well with A/C, cruise, rear defogger, factory tach, console and buckets.
I know I will have a lot of questions along the way so thanks in advance!
