Griffin Radiator fittings info!

If you are using a Griffin or other than OE Radiator and it has 1/4 NPT fitting holes for the transmission lines, you will need this info.

Griffin uses 1/4 NPT instead on the factory 1/8 NPT.
The transmission cooling lines are 5/16 with 1/2-20 thread.
You will need to buy from O'Reilly or Summit
EDELMANN part number 148540 it's 5/16 x1/4




Sadly Griffin didn't have this information to share until I called them, as well as Summit.



 
Thats pretty much a known fact with all aftermarket radiators.

I didn't know, and I didn't find the information on here, So I figured it out and decided to share, and Hopefully it'll help others.
 
Learning this myself with a drip here and there from my tranny line connections at the aftermarket radiator. Appreciate you sharing.
