gtx colors

i have 69 gtx convertible, currently has a black interior. i am going to change it to a medium saddle. what color should i paint the dash between vinyl and windshield, part where speakers are. with the black interior it is black. car color is red should i paint it car color or a shade of saddle? should i paint the whole instrument panel the same color as car or the same as the interior color? what color combos did mopar use for different color interiors?
