Engine 426ci Hemi 1968 Dart S-S Engine.jpg

My first Mopar...
64 Savoy , 426 Crossram Car , 4 Speed , One piece 65 Front end ,
8,3/4 4:11 Posi ....
Was a blast in the past ! I paid
$800.00 for it in 1970 ...
Car was originally out of Northern Illinois , Fox Lake Dealer sponsored ride ...
That thing was a beast & really liked Sunoco260!
Wish I still had it. ...

There were actually four. I have personally seen three of them. I saw the white one at Don Garlits Museum (he also built a clone of it to drive to car shows). There was a gold one up here in Ontario that went to local shows. I saw the red one at Carlisle and talked to the owners and told them about the gold one that had been in Ontario. They said that they had bought it too. The red Hemi 4-door went on to sell at auction for $660,000. The sellers were hoping for one million!

Correct.
Best i remember. 2 are red. 1 gold and 1 white.

The gold one is in elyria ohio. Friend of mine owns it .

Last i heard both red ones were in same collection out west. But thats been a while.

And i think there was/ is or has been verified to be a light blue 4 door Plymouth in Europe
