putting together 540 internal balance hemi
need a front harmonic balancer any suggestions / street only
is there such a thing as a neatrul balanced harmonic balancer

Yes there is such as thing as a neutral harmonic damper - essentially it means it has no counterweight.
Buy the best quality damper you can afford.
Don't go for a cheap one the larger the engine the more work the damper has to do.
