Head light black out

Good evening all of you wonderful people!! I was wondering what or who’s paint everyone is using to black out the headlight buckets on the fenders. I was going to use my PPG hot rod black but it si very shiny and not what I was looking for . Thanks

From the looks of it, the factory used "flat" black. They also got overspray everywhere!
