I recently acquired a 1967 GTX 440/4sp. The chrome headers are in terrible shape, and I want to replace. Of course there is a mind boggling amount of choices out there. I am looking for input on brand and specs to consider from those that have recently done the same.
I hope I have posted this in the right place :)
thank you

TTI, Thorley, Hooker just to name a couple, are good choices, pics of your 67 'X would be nice 1 of my favorite mopars.
i think I have old BlackJack or FlowTechs on my 67 Sat and they hit the power steering gear box.

My ceramic coat Hookers rusted out in a few years.

I have 2" Hooker super comps in my 66 Belvedere and 69 RR and they fit OK. Had to ding a tube here and there but nothing out of the ordinary. For a mild street car I'd run 1 7/8" because those do not have a tube that runs on the outside of the torsion bar like the Hooker 5209's.

Oh, wow...you have a BIG problem there. I think I can help you out....just send me the car, and I'll take that problem right off your hands!!...... :hello2::blob1:

TTI. Expensive. Get the ceramic/polished and your wallet. Good fit, long lasting and cool underhood temps. 100 degrees less underhood temps when compared to non coated.

A local mechanic recommended TTI as well. I got sticker shock for sure... when I went to their website
