Heater A/C box repairs and parts

I am rebuilding my heater ac box on my 69 Super Bee. It is in a million pieces but I also have a million pics. I have purchased the kit from Detroit Muscle, etc.
My questions:
1) Heater core and A/C condenser look rough, replace or rebuild and where? Pics attached
2) Vacuum actuators - appear to work but I really don't trust them due to age, etc. Where can these be purchased or refurbished, same goes for the rubber vacuum lines.
3) Other misc parts will need to be replaced, various pics attached. Feel free to weigh in
4) Is there a service manual available for download somewhere?

Send your heater core to Glen-Ray radiators for a re-core, you won't be disappointed. Bob can also pressure check and flush your evaporator too and he has the number for a guy that rebuilds you firewall water valve also. If the actuators work both ways when applying vacuum you're probably good. I do have the long heater flap acutator in new condition that I would sell.
