Heater/AC control identification

Is anyone able to identify which car these belong to? I couldn’t see a part number anywhere. They should be 66/67 charger but obviously they’re a little different. I assume the one it’s the light is 66 and without is 67 because it’s EL? If so, are they interchangeable in any way.i have a 67- The one on the right is a lot nicer so maybe instead of plugging it into the correct wire for a 67 I just feed it with another 12v source?
