Hello to all:tiphat:! My name is Rich and I currently am restoring a 69 Charger. My plans are to make a GL clone as I have all the stuff to do it. The car is originally yellow and had a 383 2brl. When I got the car it had everything but a motor which I have bought two and one came out of a 69 Charger so that was cool. This is the second Gen I have owned and have owned several 3rd Gens but I finally have the one I've been after:yes: I hope to here from all you mopar fans:grin:

Hey Brian you actually ain't that far from me. I live on the outskirts of Des Moines. You have a very nice 71:yes:. I just picked this Charger up in Feb but had to part with my 71 SE, you can see it in the 71 Charger section.Thanks-Rich

You had a great looking '71 Rich. I hope your '69 looks just as good, when it's finished. We've owned a few other B bodies... '68 GTX, '64 Max Wedge Belvedere, and a '68 Charger. We've had good times with all of them...Brian

Thanks Brian that car was my first attempt. I did every thing myself except for the vinal top, it was very hard to let go. I have owned many other 3rd gens and some other old cars. Looks like you had a good selection of cars:yes:

Good luck on your GL. (GL on the GL?) That body style has always been my favorite. It's something about first loves, I guess.
And holy crap, didn't you guys just get snowed on again?

Yes its snowing as we speak, I'm so ready for summer:yes:. This is also my favorite body style but I have always been partial to 3rd gens.
