You would get more information from the stamp pad next to the distributor.

Here is what I got from the block casting information.

2468130 383 B 1959-71

DH43 portion of the number on the vin stamp pad indicates it came out of a Polara/Monaco The rest of that number is vin related. The pad under the distributor has year and date of build and other useful information.

That number is the complete car VIN. 1969 383 two barrel. The numbers on the pad confirm it. Nov. 8, 1968 build date. Regular fuel
