Help Identifying Steering Wheel

I have what I believe is a C body steering wheel. I would guess a base model but not sure on the year. All I'm sure of is it doesn't fit a 65 Sport Fury. We have tried that.

Jerry I think its 68/69 Polara ?

I thought C bodies had a full horn ring. I think it's a A/B wheel.

Close, but I can confirm what it is not...

Not from the A100 lineup.
