Help me identify these bolts please!

so got these with a mopar part I bought...but not correct for that part.

they are 3/8 NC about 3/4" long with integrated washers.

they have a head marking that looks like an anchor.

my best guess is motor mount bolts

What do you think they are?

I got a lot of those.

Too short for motor mount.

There are several of those for various brackets that bolt to the engine and heads, plus other uses here and there.
 
The ground cable comes to mind, and the fuel pump alt and PS brackets
 
They are not "ground strap" bolts....likely timing cover....or oil pan
 
As 72runner stated.. the lower 4 bolts in the timing cover, I just provided the picture of mine during media blast to concure.
