I do not see any reason that you can not use them. Main thing is condition of them.

Sure, they will work. All stock bolt patterns and bore spacings.

Use only cometic gaSkets and silicone around water ports, remember wish bone wrench for valley bolts

You have to make sure the dome of the 4.500 piston is made for to clear a 4.250 chamber.

Thats true for any engine, and build, along with piston to valve clearances.
