The doctor recently caved in to desire and lust, and had sex with a female patient. Immediately afterward, he felt a tremendous amount of remorse and sorrow. He didn't know what to do.
Suddenly, a voice in his head said to him: "It's OK, you had sex with a patient, you've done what doctors have done for centuries! Don't worry, no one will care!"
Then, another voice in his head piped up: "Doc, you sick sack of ****! You are a veterinarian!"
