Hey from Penticton BC

Welcome from 2 hours north of you. That's a clean car, I remember it being advertised.

I worked at the boat and bike shop, top right of Skaha. lived nearby. I think the camp ground is still there. Drove thru about two years ago.
Holy crap, the name of that campground just popped into my head...South Beach Gardens! Sometimes my memory surprises me...(but more often fails me, these days).

It's still there, as you said, and still with the same name.

Are you going to keep it a 500, or complete the R/T conversion
I am kind of undecided, I want to put a budget on the car so I don't get to carried away. To change it completely I need to buy another emblem because the one he put on the trunk is the wrong one for the trunk. I think it is the front grill one. Then I need the scoop for the hood and the chrome moldings for that. I would also have to remove the moldings off the side and buy the rocker moldings and try and find wheel well molding.

Being that I am in Canada and pretty much everything is out of the US, you have to figure in the exchange, Taxes, tariffs , shipping and brokerage fees. I think I might just remove the RT stuff and keep it a 500. There is a lot of other thing I need to buy for this car. I have started to price things out and everything has gone up so much its ridiculous.

Just so you know, the side molding is worth alot of money. For years guys removed the trim turning 500's into R/T clones. Then they threw trim away not thinking people would want them. Now they are hard to find.
I think the 500 trim gives the car more class. Mine had an R/T grille in it but retained the rest of the 500 trim. I replaced the grille to a 500 grille, and built the drive train to have way more power than a stock R/T.

Welcome to FBBO from Ontario. Good luck with your '67 Coronet project. I think you should leave it as a "500", since you have all the trim. The "500" is not seen all that often. I have a 1967 Coronet R/T.

Welcome. I agree with leaving it a 500. Helps alot on the budget side too

Welcome to FBBO from CT. Is it orange or red? Have taken pictures of my car and it looked orange. Nice looking car.:canada::canada::canada::thumbsup:
It is red but totally oxidized. I am not big on red so thinking of maybe changing color to the 68 burgundy and maybe a Black roof. If not stay with the red and do a white roof
