Hey everyone, I'm Brian from new jersey. I don't own a B body, but I'm looking for one. The one I'm looking for once belonged to a man named John Arrabito from Hackensack. It was a 1964 dodge polara hard top with a 426 max wedge, and a 4speed. The car ran modified production, he ran it at island dragway, and E-town from 65 through 68. The wedge dropped a valve, and was replaced with a 383. The car was light blue in color, and was named the Abolisonist. I was d told that it had frame connectors made from 2 inch drill rod that might still be on the car. John was killed in 1986. He was my wife's father. I'm searching everywhere I can think of to find this car. Any info would be great. I ask my wife if she could have any car she ever wanted, this is the car she wants. Please help us find it?

Thanks,
Brian

Welcome to FBBO, good luck with your noble search

Thanks for the warm welcome guys. Noble search, I don't think so....helpless, futile, peeing up a rope is more like it, but I love my wife, this car means a lot to her, and I'll go the distance trying to find it. As soon as I can figure out how to post pictures from my phone, I'll get some on here.

Welcome. I live in South Jersey and I'll put out some feelers around this neck of the woods. Ya never know...somebody might know where it is.

If I did this right, here's a picture of the car. I spent part of my youth with this car and would like to help the daughter of an old friend find a piece of her Dad's life.

Any chance you have a picture of a license plate or a VIN? I suppose you'd have posted it if you did...

Yes al, you did it right. Lady's & gentlemen, this is the Abolisonist. This is the car that belonged to my wife's father John Arrabito from Hackensack new jersey. He sold the car in 1968?
