Hi.. Forgot to post in here but just saw it again and thought I would do it before i forget again.
I am a big mopar newb in regards to owning them... but I've been lusting after them since I first saw one in elementary school. I have two 71's. One is a satellite in purple (got it that way) and the other is a green 71 Road Runner. The purple one was originally orange, then green like the RR. If you want you can watch Kelly Lynch do a neutral drop in it during the beginning of Cold Around The Heart. It had a tired 318 back then now its got a 440 and I am looking to upgrade the rear end to a 8 3/4 if ever find one that isn't priced at 4k. The RR was restored long ago, so its ready for a new coat of paint and some body work. Original matching 340, Auto w/ Column shift and a bench seat. Both are rust free CA cars and still have factory undercoating. My wayward child is the 72 SSP that is an Ohio car and rusty as rusty does.
Love these cars and now that I have money I like to buy stuff for them hah. So far enjoying the site. Its nice to be in a group that suffer from the same disease I do. A support group if you will:hello2:
