Hello all!

I recently purchased a 1967 Plymouth Satellite. Thinking about re-badging it as a GTX. it's not a matching numbers... well it has different heads , intake manifold and carburetor. Power Disc breaks added also. Thoughts on re-badging?

Thanks , Mike

Welcome from Alabama, I'm another 67 fan. Your Satellite still has the original side trim. If you want to give it up, keep me posted. The Satellite and GTX are both top of the heap cars for 1967.

Welcome from central Indiana. Very nice Plymouth. Just My Opinion- I’d leave it as a Satellite, just as cool as a GTX, every car is unique in their own way. Yours would be just another clone, tribute, fake. - Just My Opinion. More pictures, information is needed.

I was going to ask if that photo is pixelated or is the trim kinda different.

Hi there MRB1966, :welcome:

Nice and clean, leave it as it is! (Why does nobody ever want to take a premium car and clone a Belvedere? ) :)

Welcome from North Florida !!!
Nice car, like that color.
I would keep it as is. Just my opinion and that side trim is rare. I mean you see more GTX's than what you have now which is a rare original.

Beautiful car.

LOVE turbine bronze.

I'd not clone it if it were mine.

Let's see some more of it.

Welcome from Missouri!! It's a beautiful car, be proud of what it is, not what it could be. That sounds funny come from me...........

Welcome aboard from NJ. It looks great as it is but ultimately, it's up to you. This coming from a Satty - RR clone myself. I bought mine already wearing the RR stuff and as it was a former race car, had the 440 already! Good luck what ever you decide.

Welcome aboard from Ohio. Personally, leave it; but it's your choice.

I like the Satellite, no need to rebadge...

but it's yours do what you will
need to ad a few parts to make it a tribute of a GTX

anyway
