Hole under dash

I'm new to the b body mopar game and recently bought a 69 Satellite. The dash appears to be mostly complete but under the dash pad in the middle is a hole. Going off the fender tag info this was a factory air car and I see no controls. So I'm assuming that the hole in my dash is where they were located?
