Hello folks...

due to my Carb issues, I decided to buy a Quickfuel Carb ! Said... and done. But the I found out, that the OEM Intake doesn´t combine with the HolleyStyle Carbs, so I had to buy a Edelbrock Performer 440 Intake too.. (Part No. 2191 )

When I opened the Box...I saw two little drillings /holes / bores.... on the bottom of each side of the plenum..
Those holes go down to the "Crossover" between the heads... ( but my Valleypan is the "Blocked " Type..) because I don´t have a EGR System ...

What do I have to do ? Leave those holes alone ? Close them ? Why do these intake have those holes ?

Any ideas ??

Greetings from Germany

I have a torker2 on my 440. Same thing with mine. I just left them there when I replaced the valley pan WITH crossover blockoff.

thank you krowbar !

So I don´t have to be worried about that.... sounds good . ( My valleypan is also the blocked type ) But I did fill the crossover....
