How bad do you want it?

That is crazy! I just took off an ordinary K member(1970 Roadrunner), and it doesn't weigh squat.

If that thing sells for that price, I'd consider buying some sheet metal and start building some to sell.

You think he could at least cover the $80 shipping.

This K-Frame only weighs about 17.5 pounds. Think of the weight savings right off the very front of the car!!!

I'd say 5-7 lbs at most. Surely not enough to offset the weight of the Hemi that's sitting on it.

...and that don't matter squat if the driver weighs 300+

Just weighed my k frame, 38 pounds and change. (70 super bee)

Let me know if it does Kern and I'll front you $15K as start up money for the enterprise for 85% of the bank in return.

IT DOES NOT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS!!!!

Is this thing serialized?
I have no idea what would give it provenance.
Based on what people are saying a K member normally weighs, this must be thinner than usual since I don't think stainless is significantly lighter than carbon steel if lighter at all.

My 65 V8 K frame (Belvedere) weighs 37.8 lbs, clean and bare. What makes the stainless steel one 20 lbs lighter?

At that money, I'd expect it to be hand-delivered by the seller, along with a bouquet of flowers and the best knob-job he's ever given! And then, he can give me back $11K of that money.

For a real altered wheel-base car to be correct...it has to have one. Otherwise, SOS.

Stainless is heavier than mild steel. Just dealt with this at work. 14 gauge: mild steel=3.124 lb/ft^2, 304ss = 3.150, galvanized = 3.283.

Hemieddy had some nice stuff listed on there but holy cow does he ask a lot of money for it! Thought about calling him just to go look around since he's on my way home from work.

Wow. Well, it's gold color must be the real deal. Maybe it's worth the price to somebody, but not me.

Someone's been drinking their bong water,
$14,999 for any K member, even IF it was gold plated, even stainless or unobtanium
that is stupid crazy priced ****...

I'm certainly no cheapskate, but I'm not stupid either...

I guess if it was the only one available, in the whole world & you really needed it,
to make your all #'s matching & all Orig. AWB factory 65 Hemi Belvedere complete,
even then I'd probably pass...LOL
It ain't worth 10% {if was worth $150k} of a complete 100% accurately restored cars value...

Rare doesn't make it worth more either,
it's only worth what someone's willing to pay, no matter what it is...

More Mopar parts sales gouging, my rusty old worn out parts
are worth it's weight in gold mentality, it sounds like to me...
