A '72 Primered Dodge Charger rolling chassis with air shocks?

I know it's not worth $5500. So please let me know.

If it was a Rallye 400 or 440 and everything else there, not butchered up and not a bondo bucket and no frame rust, yes, but a primered rolling chassis tells me too many $$$ needed for resto or something hidden, or both.
