I’m restoring g a set of 68 bucket seat frames and installing head rests ( which I’m still waiting to receive ). These seats did not have head rests. Took some pictures of what I think would be proper placement of the bushings, need confirmation if I’m correct. But I’m unsure of how the spring clip installs to lock the headrest in positions. I used the white paper to help photos. Also do I drill holes in the bushings to secure to the seat frame? There are screw holes right behind the flanges of the bushings. Circled in red.
