How to test dash cluster ?

What is the best and simplest way to bench test a gauge cluster for a 1969 Roadrunner? ( Cluster is out of vehicle) More interested in checking dash lights. Thanks in advance for any and all help.

You can check for continuity with an ohm meter. I have a voltage converter (ac to dc) on the bench to check mine. My dash is out and I am rewiring as needed, new switches, etc. 69 super bee with rally dash
