I thought the kerosene lamp on the fireplace mantle was a valuable antique. An appraiser informed me it was just a reproduction.

 
They knockoff so much stuff these days it’s crazy..
 
I have some of those I bought from amazon a couple of years ago.
They work great but yes they are reproductions of the original Dietz lamps still made by them.
 
Mine are so old i cant remember where they came from (like me).
 
I have a very late 6V battery powered railroad lantern.

...but for actual hurricanes I have 900, 2500, and 5000 lumen rechargeables that can charge either from 110v or 12v.

...and candles.
