hurst 4 speed shifter lever holes

i changed shifters to one that is made for a slip in shifter,and i removed a hurst comp shifter that had bigger shift lever holes, the one i am using has smaller shift lever holes for rods,where can i get smaller swivel heads to screw on rods to fit lever holes. thanks

Go get a set of shifter rod bushings.
