I’ve never seen one of these before

That's a clean one. Colt's were popular back in the day. I see a few Cricket wagons on the net. Arrow's were a little longer wheelbase and easier to drive.

Cool. Looks like it's possibly the Plymouth flavor of the Dodge
Plymouth Cricket is built by Chrysler's British division and had been on sale for some time in Europe under another name the Avenger.

 
I remember when I was a kid my dad almost bought a new dodge colt back in the day. Was down at the Mr 4 speeds museum in North Carolina. Hi son Mike showed me around, a must see if your in the area.

Plymouth Cricket was sold for a few years in Canada, first on the British Hillman Avenger body (which Chrysler later owned) and then a version of the Dodge Colt, which was based on the Mitsubishi Galant. By 1976, they were renamed Plymouth Colt.
