Very cool video! Did you say Hemi?

It was until 2023 when the last Hellcats rolled off the line! I miss those commercials with Hellcat Challengers blazing the tires at will for what seemed like miles! To put it in sixties terms, all the cool cats drive hellcats man!

This video takes me back to grade school with the projector slides and beeps. I was usually the only one in my class, including most teachers, that could load the film into the projector and get it to work properly. I was then in charge of setting up and running all the projector shows. The smell from the cooling fan in the projector blowing stinky hot fumes into my face, the constant beeps for the next slide, the terrible audio from the cassette tapes and audio system - good times!

I was also one of the students who got to clean the chalkboard erasers. The friggin machine was dangerous as hell and they let a 10 year old use it. I got a quick 20 second demo from one of the janitors and I was good to go. Kids and adults would be horrified today!

I'm a '70's-80's kid. You're right. Riding bikes everywhere, playing in the woods, no stress!
Yep, 80's kid here. A group of us, sometimes as small as 3 of us, up to probably as high as 15 of us would all gather up at someone's house early in the morning like around 9 or 10 on all of our BMX bikes. We would ride for miles and miles, through the woods, on trails etc until the street lights came on. Then we had to be home or else.... No cell phones, no keepers, no internet. Just good ole American kid fun. I would do anything to have those fun times back again.
I still hang out with a few of those kids (now getting to be old men) once in a while even today. Now we are all just into cars, racing, trucks, 4 wheeling, Harleys, etc these days.

TRX will be back next year. Book it.

My step kids are amazed to hear what we used to do as kids in the 60's and 70's. Minibikes, go karts, riding a bike for miles along streets of trial in the woods. Spending a day in the woods just seeing what was out there. Racing through the woods trails in an old jeep that a guy's father said we could drive if we could get it running, (he regretted that one).
We didn't have smart phones and I pads to be chained to.
