I forgot how brutal that head-on crash is in Death Proof.

Basically, the movie is in two halves. The Nova, then the Charger/Challenger half. I was reading about it today. It was all old-school practical stunts. The head-on is at 80 mph. The real-life stunt driver was 65 years old.

I'm not even going to link the head-on crash, but it's available. Typical over-the-top gore for Tarantino.

I really like that movie because of the practical stunts, sometimes I'll fast forward to get to that big chase at the end.
