Now that's sweet. I'd be happy with ALL garage space. Just put the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room in there. Don't need the rest I'll be one happy man.

I've always said I'd be content to own the biggest garage possible
with a kitchen, bathroom & shower, with a TV & recliner, a bed & a quite place to sleep...

that property, almost fits that bill
I'd want taller ceiling, 12'+ in the garage for lift access
& pref. 28'-30" deep bays min. thou, true commercial roll up doors too...
that's pretty cool none the less, I'd make due...LOL
