I like a run.........

……….but this lady REALLY likes a long run!!! Pretty amazing really....half marathon is about my limit!!!

Run!! Doesn't she have a car......... Seriously, a fast walk, running is hard on my knees.

My knees are bothering me these days and was wondering why until I started thinking about the track being bull dozed over at the jr. college that was just over a 1/4 mile away from me. Used to run the bleachers and then remembered running the stairs at the main office building at the refinery during lunch time but never ran or jogged. Guessing doing that wasn't any better.....oh well.
