Having a class A CDL, any speeding tickets driving anything is verboten for me.
What I don't get is why the perp didn't see the parked in the median LEO and at least drop his speed and stop lane changing?
If he did see the LEO and was slowing down how much faster was he going than 107mph?
In college in the early 70's I got clocked SB on I75 in Georgia by VASCAR doing 107 mph, however Vascar measures average speed over a fixed distance.
Good thing because I saw on the side of the road the parked LEO and was heavy on the brakes, because I was doing over 120 mph.
He gave me a break and wrote the ticket for 98mph.:bananadance:

After banging gears in my Charger without letting off the pedal on the right, I got pulled over by a cop. Age 16 and only had the car two weeks. I told the cop that I was just learning how to drive a clutch. He chuckled and said you're learning pretty fast, and then he wrote me a ticket.
