Hey everyone, writing here from VA. Had both a '73 and a '74 Roadrunner in my much younger days, and am now, in a heroic but probably unsuccessful effort to regain my youth, looking for another one.
Really want a '73 because that was my favorite. Had a 340 automatic, in what I used to call Richard Petty blue, not sure what the color actually was, but I haven't seen any of them around online or otherwise. Lots of 340's around though, so we'll see.
Anxious to read up on them again, and get a feel for values, what to look for, what to expect, etc. I've had a '68 Chevelle (never had one, but always wanted one) and a '73 Corvette (nightmare). I really liked both cars but had a hard time with engine fixes. I'm pretty good mechanically, but when it comes to drivetrains, well about all I'm good at is busting my knuckles.
Sure I'll have a lot of questions; looking forward to getting your answers, and maybe someday I'll even be able to help others.
