Inner Fender Paint Colour

I am painting a 68 Coronet ( RED ) are the inside of the front fenders body colour or Black, and what the inner fender splash shields, ?? Most pictures show Black, not sure if it is undercoating over body colour or they are to be painted black ?

Inner fenders body color then undercoating

Think he is talking about up in the fender well itself. Not the motor bay side. The inner fender is body color. The under side of the fender is mostly primer with body color over spray and then undercoating. The shields are black are installed before undercoating so they will have coating on them as well.
