Intake and exhaust bolt sealer question

I'm working on putting my 413 back together and wondered what you folks use for thread sealer on the intake and exhaust bolts. I have some Permatex thread sealant, #80623, I use on water passage fittings but I do know if it will be sufficient for the intake and exhaust hardware.

Do intakes get into a water passage? Hi temperature Permatex thread sealant #59214 for the exhaust studs.

No, they just go straight into the lifter valley. I had issues with oil seeping past the bolt heads on the outside.
