intake compatibility

Is a '73 340 stock cast iron intake compatible with my '69 340 block?

welcome to FBBO, the 73 340 c/i intake will "bolt-on" no problem, but the intake runners will be smaller on the 73 c/i intake, than the runners on a 69 340 head... If it's for a restoration, they are slightly different looking too...

It's not restoration but like driving it. Just want driveability and to get pushed back in my seat now and then.
