I know the inside of the door on B bodies could be painted to match the interior, code VX1 or something like that. and I also know the interior door paint can be body color as well, but does that go for all colors? could you have a high impact color like Hemi Orange or Sublime on the inside?

No/yes. The interior painted surfaces were dictated by the interior soft material colors. The upper door frame color is coded on the fender tag. I have never seen a high impact color on the upper door frame of a B body and there are no factory codes for them. HOWEVER, there was a code 99 available for an upper door frame that would allow a customer to order ANY color there. So, yes, it would be POSSIBLE.

Confusing isn't it. This is why it is so often said "never say never with a Mopar." They just left the door opened for many possiblities with the various 99 codes.
