I'd like to make a donation, too. I really appreciate this site and the people on it. But it looks like you can only do $40 (to become a gold member). No more or no less. Anyway to donate a different amount?

Just post up a credit card #, we'll take care of the rest:rofl:

Really though, opening a PayPal is easy.
Even a caveman can do it.
I only use mine for parts buying/selling, and keep a close eye on it. The card I have linked is only used for that purpose.
If you're using a computer, no problem.

Paypal is only the payment processor - You don't have to have a paypal account. Just use the system as instructed. When you get to Paypal, click "Pay with Debit or Credit Card"

And if you do not want to use personal accounts, go to a store and purchases a MC or Visa Gift Card (non-reloadable or reloadable) for what ever amount, pay that amount and the Fee, register that card, use it as mentioned above for PayPal or anything online, even those pesky adds in the back of magazines.:)
If account is hacked or the wife is watching CC/DC, it will not really matter. Keep money on the card for what your costs will be. No one close to you knows what you are spending money on except you. If I'm thinking correctly if you purchases something to be sent it must be shipped to the address the card is registered to. I guess that's how the card people know it's you or not.
Oh, some cards will take $1.00 off if card is inactive for one year.
