Just bought the car, need help identifying the Holley double pumper: serial# 6R3752B.
Only has 2 adjusting screws on the front and none on the secondaries, it was/is a race car. When full throttle is applied it sprays in all four throats.
That's a Holley part number it should have a list# somewhere.
Look on the front of the carb should be a 4 digit list#
they are usually on the air horn but yours don't have one.
It looks like the air horn has been cut off. this is where the List # is located. if the OE metering blocks are there, they may still have the correct P# or list number on them!
#4779 is a 750 cfm, and #4780 is an 800 cfm.
Well guys I agree it could be a 750 but it could also be 800 or 850. That part number does not tell you what you have for cfm. If you really want to know without a list number pull the carb and measure the venturies and throttle bores
My Holley reference book doesn't show that number at all so likely not the list number. X2 on checking the metering blocks for numbers and measuring the venturi and throttle bores. The hole isn't drilled for the choke rod so likely a very old race carb that was potentially worth some good money until someone cut the air horn off.
