I signed up in 2010 but my mopar deal fell through....found another...it fell through ....found ANOTHER one....it fell through.

So here we are, I bought and restored a Mach I and sold it a few weeks ago...search was on. Located a Charger, Cuda and 2 Darts I liked. Bought a 68 Satellite !

thanks!! I'm Vvery happy with the choice and the FORD donor that provides the opportunity.

Very cool . . .now you're on your way to bigger and better things ! ! Maybe there was a reason those other deals fell through . . . keep us posted on your progress ! !

Welcome from PA!

Looks like a really nice Satellite - looks like it has a buddy seat too - those are cool.

Welcome back .I think there's been a time in everyone's life they owned a mach 1 it's ok you did the right thing and kicked to to the curb .
I bought a mach 1 once had it for a week and realized what I did traded it for a corvette then the corvette for a charger all was better.

i just bring stacks of 100$ bills and it always works !

Thanks guys! ...to Riverdawg question. At the moment it will look all original with the exception of some Mopar magnums ...I'm thinking 8's in the back for a 245/60 and 225's in the front. the rest will be exact as I can keep it, down to the radio which works! The 318 has 60k on the clock and not rolled over. I may pull and store the 318 and drop a 360 which is pretty good chance I'll follow through on. my brother had a few Mopars, but this is my first. I've always wanted to GTX or Roadrunner like any other red blooded American but never was able to get a decent car reasonable. I've owned quite a few Chebbies and ton of Mustangs. I currently own a 67 convertible which stays and this may be the last car I chase!!!! I LIKE IT! :)

Wecome from Alaska! That is a very clean car and I know you are proud. The pistures are mandatory and part of the tithe, I myself am behind in my updates/ pictures. A newbee myself here and enjoying the help and chatter. Mocajava

I like your thinking. They don't ALL have to run big blocks/ hemi's!

Cool 68 Satty

welcome again to FBBO from hot & dry NorCal

good luck & Happy Moparing :headbang:

Guys thank you so much for the generous welcome! I cant describe how excited I am, first MOPAR and I couldn't be happier like Dako said they don't all have to be big blocks. The body style is what gets me. When I was a kid my brother and his friend from a small town in Tennuhhhcee were shipping off to Vietnam. His friend buys a 440 Roadrunner off the showroom floor. A 4speed car...they were measuring how high the car would pull the wheels off the ground...50 years later.... I have one that LOOKS like it LOL!
