Jack/spare tire hold down 1970 Super Bee

I have a 1970 Dodge coronet Super Bee. I'm looking for what is needed to hold down the spare tire and jack.
I don't know what the hardware looks like. What is needed or how it mounts. Pictures would be great.
Where is the best place to buy the hardware?
