June 24/25 upcoming race...110 degree forecast

Well, with a forecast of 110 degrees at my home track Famoso (Bakersfield) on June 24 & 25 I expect my recent 10.30 ET's might very well turn into 10.60 which will be perfect for my 10.60 Index in D/Gas.

The idiots that work in "Weather" cannot predict a sunrise. They can't get a 5 day forecast right and you trust them to get it right 11-12 days out ???

Well...It is easy for the Bakersfield CA area in late June and July...it's gonna be 110 degrees any day of the week...no "forecast" really needed....lol

Mike so true of that area. That's just to hot for my bones. We talked about my valve cover vents leaking. I finally think I may have got it repaired. I bought wix breathers and then JB Weld and sealed the bottoms of them as you recommended. I also found some grommets from Moroso that fit the Indy al. covers. My covers are 1.220 and .1000 thick wider than the standard 1.125 opening and thinner than most covers. these should fit much tighter I will have them on Monday and let you know.
