just found this place

Welcome. Join us in the 71-74 forums lots of good info there.

It has looked the same. All the engines are stock looking and NO chrome. the small blocks had headers but never again. ( the over under tubes) but you would be hard pressed ( at a quick glance) to tell it isnt stock. Most of my pics were lost when a drug riddeled douch broke into my place for a fix and stole my camera and supplies.

hay what ya got ?

New stuff is great but it's boring. I was in my buddies Green with envy SRT chally last fall. Yep works good, but the same boring corparate plastics interior. Leaves you so isolated. There is nothing to get excited about. To each there own. I'll take the rattles, leaks, camshaft shake, no tech in my Belvedere anytime. If I want modern tech, I'll take my 06 Dodge truck. Given the choice, I'd take the money for a corvette or Challenger and by a couple of older musclecars with it anytime before buying any modern stuff. (truck not included because it's a necessary thing) Personal preference I guess.

Welcome to the forum. I'm kind of puzzled by your last statement. One test drive in a new Challenger, Mustang Cobra or ZR1 Corvette will have you rethinking that. If I had the room and the money I'd own one of each. The thrill of driving my 63 Fury with a 426 max wedge and 4 speed is great, but it isn't nearly as fast or good handling as Detroit's new offerings. Food for thought...

Welcome to the site, and I agree with you on the new Chargers, but I do like the new Challengers. :)
