The weather was great in my book.
60's- low 80's.
Clouds, sun and rain.
Traffic?
There's some, but I'm not sure if you know what real traffic is.
The flight from Vegas to NY took 4-1/2 hours.
The 52 mile drive home took 4-1/2 hours as well.

I sat in Vegas in the 70s. Nothing happened...they were just another small car back then.
