Wasn't sure where I should pt this topic but here it goes. Does anyone know what and if there is a torque on the K member bolts? What is it?

Thanks

Curious what year and car are you referring to? My 73 service manual shows max 80 ft/lbs for k-frame bolts. I would like to know so I don't have mine under torqued!

I think the torque values may have changed for 1973 when the design incorporated the isolated bushings.

150 is in my 1970 field manual.

I guess I used the 150 value for 1970. I could find anything else so I figured they didn't change

I did mine at 150 ft lbs for 71. This weekend has officially put an end to all the big, heavy stuff on my car. It literally has kicked my but. I feel like I'm over the hump now. Need to make a posting of the restoration. I have MANY pictures to share. FYI- I will post this in the for sale section here and on another site. I have a K member stand, body dollies for a 71 and 69 that will be for sale

Thanks guys!!!!
