Last nights dream #1

Who can vividly remember there dreams besides me? Last night I was walking home from an unknown location. I was in a city very familiar to me. The walk was going to be very long, maybe from my job which could have been up to 10 miles to home, I dont know. This was not even in the state I currently live in, I was much younger. I was walking through the neighborhood's, talking to people, not lost but not sure which way to go. I was inside peoples homes, in some yards, not sure why. I was enjoying the walk, but did not really know where home was. I lived in several places during that time, which one was home in that dream, I dont know. Then I started to have trouble walking any distance, like I do now. And I could not get home.

I kept waking up wanting out of that dream, then falling back to sleep back in that dream. What a crazy dream.

Sounds  somewhat similar to a recurring dream I experienced during my early years about being on the road toward places that drew me in. I never really knew where it was that I was going, the actual route to get there or why I even wanted to go. Only that I was intrigued by where the journey would lead me. Certain landmarks, roadways and bridges along the way were hauntingly familiar.
Later, when I began driving, I would once in a while find myself traveling along and experience a deja-vu feeling that would immediately take me back to those dreams.
Weird.
Maybe I was remembering trips made with my family when I was a young boy?
Maybe the human mind searching for answers?

After seeing this picture I dreamed about her and woke up moist! Lol I used to have those deja vu dreams when I was younger,I believed when I went to sleep I had things on my mind I was planning to do, dreamt about doing them,and when I actually did what I dreamt about it seemed like I had done this before. This used to be a regular occurrence!

Sigmund Frued could write a 10,000 page book about the things you dream about! Lol You are right they are better off not being discussed! Lol That things you can't unsee Christmas meme you posted pretty much sums it up! Just bite down on this and you won't feel the voltage as much!

I think that you found the answer.
Many of my dreams, maybe most of them....seem to start midstream. Rarely ever do they start at a beginning. It's as if I am dropped into some unfamiliar situation and I have to find my way through it.
Now, the head shrinkers may say that this is a matter of our brain testing us with problem solving exercises.
I'd agree with that. The work I did and the hobbies I have often carry a fair amount of problems to work through and to avoid. Maybe it is just our own mind trying to keep us sharp.
