WTB Late 69 starter #2875553/2875560 (383/440)

As mentioned above, I am looking for a 1969 date coded starter. Silver casing should have 69 in sun dial and above 2875553 and black barrel should have part # 2875560. Looking for date to be close to 12/5/69. Would prefer non rebuilt core but will consider everything. Lmk

Have you found the starter you are in search of? I have a 69 dated starter with most of the numbers you refer to. The numbers on the starter part match up but the numbers on the motor part are different. They appear to be 28895150. This starter was on a salvage yard car that I took off and had rebuilt for my 70 Challenger. I didn't use it and opted for the smaller high torque starter instead. I have $80.00 invested in it. Will part with it for that plus the ride if it will work for you. Here are some pics.

Thanks - sixpack. I am still looking for the starter and the silver case is correct but looks like the motor part has been swapped and is incorrect for the year. I appreciate the pix but I'd like to find one with both numbers.
