Left outside manual mirror PN-3796633....what does it fit?

I have a NOS left hand manual mirror with the subject part number. Googling the part number comes up with answers all over the board from 71 charger to 73-76 dodge and Plymouth B body to Volare/Aspen to mid 80's M body.

If it's a B-body item....I would like to post it up here...I just don't want to misrepresent it.

If anyone has a definite year/make/model association to the part let me know and I'll post it to the appropriate forum.
