Lessons in patience to me

After the other side contesting the verdict[ he lost] and contesting the arbitrators findings, which we got to pay too, he lost again. Now ALL we have to do is get paid. The fine was only about 60% or so of what we laid out on legal fees and doesn't cover what we shelled out to finish. He was throwing out about filing for bankruptcy but he can't hide behind that to get out of paying. We don't have the means to follow him into bankruptcy court and it most likely wouldn't get us anywhere. When we do get the official judgement file, we'll get a copy sent to the state board and might anonymously get a copy to the county building department. It would be nice to shut down any active projects the dick has going on. This next year is going to be interesting tax wise. Since we pulled funds from retirement accounts, payed penalties for it too, the feds look at the funds as income. Sharks smell blood in the water, so we'll get nailed on that too.
We at least won and the rest has been put into HIS hands.

Talk about a no win situation...You win but still you lose... Unfortunately it happens a lot...

You got that right. At least its done, so we move on to the next challenge.

It's "Let Go and Let GOD" at this point especially. HE has gotten us this far and will continue to do so. Just have to be patient and faithful.
